We are hiring a Kinship Navigator Manager!

Location:  Hurricane Office

Minimum Requirements:  Bachelor's Degree and management experience.  Strong written communication skills. Overall knowledge (or high capability to learn quickly) of the kinship care system, particularly governmental and community resources.  Must be highly organized and have excellent technology skills, including database use.  

Overall Duties:  Program management and direction of a Kinship Navigator program.  Oversee 6-10 staff.  Manages grants.  Records and reports data, including identifying performance measures.  

Starting Salary Range:  $42,000 - $45,000
