Job Opportunity: Construction/Lawn Maintenance Leader

Bolts Lawn Care is hunting for a highly competent Construction/Lawn Maintenance Leader with construction industry/lawn maintenance experience and excellent supervisory abilities. You will be overseeing the construction/lawn maintenance crew with a keen focus on safety and efficiency, as well as ensuring all construction/lawn maintenance activities adhere to project-specific quality standards.

Responsibilities and Duties

As a Construction/Lawn Maintenance Leader, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Supervise and lead construction/lawn maintenance crews in daily operations
• Ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards
• Facilitate open communication within the crew, maintaining a supportive and respectful work environment

Qualifications and Experience

Interested candidates should possess the following:

• Previous work experience as a Construction/Lawn Maintenance Leader or a related role
• Extensive knowledge of the construction industry and lawn maintenance industry
• Proven ability to lead and motivate crews
• Excellent problem-solving ability
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• CDL’s a must, along with a valid driver’s license
• Extensive knowledge of running construction equipment (Skid Steer, Excavator, etc.) and lawn equipment (zero turn mowers, weed eaters, etc.)
