Sign-ups are OPEN NOW at Faith in Motion Performance Therapy, and classes will begin the week of June 7th! These programs are designed to help young athletes build strength, improve speed and agility, reduce injury risk, and gain confidence heading into their upcoming sports seasons. To make sure every athlete gets proper coaching and attention, each class will be capped at just 12 kids.
