Coming up this Saturday is Free Horse and Carriage Rides on Main Street sponsored by the City of Hurricane and H&R Block Hurricane. The rides are first-come, first-served. There will also be free hot chocolate in the Area 34 mobile trailer sponsored by the Putnam County Chamber of Commerce and served by members of the Rotary Club of Putnam County WV!
