This will be a virtual pageant, with submitted videos. Winner of each division will have the 2020 WV Cupcake Festival title for the year. Attire: Sunday Best, anything your child would wear to church or a special occasion. No flippers, tans or hair pieces, light make-up allowed. This is a natural pageant! Video: Mp3 format (any video taken with your phone will work), of your child doing a pageant walk. If your child is unable to walk, you may send video of the child sitting, waving, smiling, etc...Maximum of 60 seconds and adding music is recommended. Photo: Any photo where your child's face can be clearly seen. To enter: Email your child's photo, video and entry form(all in one email) to wvcupcakepageant@mail.com. Send fee of $20 voa Paypal to wvcupcakepageant@mail.com. This must be sent as friends and family, or it will be refunded. You will not be fully registered until both items are complete.
