Philip Garlow, agency president, grew up in West Virginia as the youngest of four children. It was there he learned hard work and fair dealings from his father. Those are the values he depended on when he started Garlow Insurance Agency, Inc from scratch in 1995. In the beginning, it was just Philip working out of his home.
