Duties: *Schedule all individual client meetings; maintain schedules on calendars; submit results to marketing for firm database. *Monitor progress of all new business and report status to partners on weekly basis utilizing tracking forms. *Prepare client files, update account information, create illustrations and analysis reports for all scheduled client meetings *Assist individuals with service issues such as: loan requests, beneficiary changes, change of addresss, etc. * Assist partners in data entry of financial plans, uploading of data to clients file, maintain client account links to financial plans.
