Nothing compares to the feeling of befriending a shelter pet. These animals rely on the efforts of staff and volunteers every day, without whom, who knows where they would end up! We are all they have, and they need YOU. We are looking for someone to join our staff of dedicated dog and cat lovers as a part-time kennel technician. The perfect candidate will be committed to providing them the best quality of life possible, which means lots of patience, cleaning, walking, playing, and cuddling. Get paid to change lives.

- Provide daily care for animals, including feeding, cleaning, and walking

- Clean and maintain kennels and other areas, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment

- Monitor the health and well-being of animals, reporting any concerns to management

- Handle dogs of various sizes and temperaments with confidence and compassion

- Communicate with potential adopters, giving tours and finding potential matches

-Transport animals to and from vet appointments

- Must be 18 or older for insurance purposes

- Availability to work evenings and weekends

- This can be physically laborious work. Candidates should be able to walk for extended periods, bend and squat, and lift.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

- Reliable and dedicated to the mission of saving lives

-Valid driver's license is required
